Recommendations for a replacement trunk seal? Doesn't have to be a kaanter or Max Merritt reproduction, just want to keep the trunk dry. No rust out now, don't want any later.

Steelehttps://www.steelerubber.com should have the correct part and Metro Molded rubberhttps://metrommp.com might have the proper shape and size. There are also some generic weatherstrip shapes sold by the foot by several aftermarket vendors that will also work but come in various sizes. You need to be careful which size is ordered if you go generic. Restoration Specialties is one such vendor.https://www.restorationspecialties.com/Closed-Cell-Rubber-Weatherstrip_c_209-2.html

If you have any of the original in decent condition you might measure and compare sizes to those offered by Restoration. You can also go to Steele's site and bring up his repro piece. In many cases he has dimensional drawings and years applicable where you can get size information. Compare prices to see who has the better deal.
