David Moe may still have somehttps://www.ebay.com/itm/1951-56-Packard-dash-switch-removal-tool-/113929892815 or buy a 6-32 or 4-40 coupling nut at the hardware store -- as long as the nut is 1/4" along the flats and not 5/16. If a store has the 4-40 size that is the more usual 1/4" but not many stores carry that small size as do the 6-32. Drill out the coupling nut with a 3/16 drill bit and use a small wrench to turn it. A 1/4 electrical standoff will work but will also need to be drilled out.
