Interesting outside door handle clips found on my car

Not too shy to talk

Working on the door latch and found the outside door handle clips were, on the button end a modified brake hose clip with a PCV clip backing it up and a brake shoe arm clip on the other end, see pic. Not pretty but they worked if in a pinch. I'll be ordering some of the stainless replacements but these will fill in while we wait.
