Didn't you already post this exact question and get referrals or am I thinking of one of the Packard Facebook groups?

I have no idea where copies or original board minutes might be found but remember some posts or mentions by Bob Neal when researching his books of several trips to a library to do research on them. They must be relatively easily available because he quotes some of the board entries in his books.

Someone else might know the location for sure but the Detroit Public Library Automotive History Collection might be worth checking. If in another library, either might be worth seeing if they have a copy service. The Detroit History Collection does offer to scan and sell hi res copies of items in their photos collection so if they have the board minutes (unless it is a huge volume of material) I wonder if they would also have a service to offer copies of something like that. If so doubt it would be cheap but maybe worth an email inquiry.https://detroitpubliclibrary.org/research/national-automotive-history-collection

Hi Howard,

Thank you for the suggestions. I have contacted the Detroit Public Library, but at the moment, the Automotive history section is temporarily shut. I have tried emailing them, but haven't heard anything yet. I have also tried a few universities, and the Studebaker museum. No luck yet, but I'll keep trying.

Cheers,
Mat

Most of Bob Turnquist's files went to the Packard museum in Dayton and he likely had a set of them.
