Okay, so hear me out..

I have been debating on "Updating" my 29' to 1931-32 by looking at installing their mechanical pump instead of the Stewart Warner pump. Can this be done? Is it more reliable? I have never dealt with the Stewart Warner system before so I'm curious

I don't do pre-war but have a motors manual for that period, I'll check it when I get some time. Covered up right now.
I think I sent the Packard pages to Kev and he loaded on site. But the fuel pump and carbs are other sections but might be of value to here.
