Where can I find an upholstery kit for this car?

No kits available as far as I know, so you would have to buy material by the yard and have it sewn up by an upholstery shop.

Bill Hirsch or LeBarron Bonney should have a close match for the headliner material. You would have to send them an inquiry to see if they can match the barkweave material used for the seats and door panels.

If you don't care about authenticity and just want driver quality then Kanterhttp://www.kanter.com/ offers kits from 36 on and might be able to help with a generic modern fabric upholstery kit. You can browse their online catalog under upholstery.
