Perhaps as low as $800. I caution you to make sure everything is secured. When I was transporting my 1942 Super 8 180 from South Carolina to Colorado, the hood was lost (and never recovered) somewhere in Oklahoma.

The price I have paid from a nationally franchised carrier (InterCity) for a covered transporter was about $1 per mile. I would think that the price for an open carrier would be much less. Remember too, fuel is much less expensive now than it was just a couple of months ago. Fuel is a major cost factor for these carriers.
