The radiator shutter control is on the engine side of the radiator's top tank on my 733. I notice that most 1930 Packard's have the shutter control on the front of their top tanks. Do I have a 1931 rad in my car or was there a change in the shutter control mount that year?
Also if I change the radiator to a front mount shutter control, do I have to change the shutter assembly as well?
