It should be an inline fuse over near the ign switch. Depending on optional accessories, there may be several wires coming off the long terminal on back of switch. Some will have fuses but I don't remember if they were still using the metal tube like holders or had switched to plastic by then. If more than one holder is seen and are the same length, you'll have to chase the wire to see which one feeds the heater. If different lengths, then most likely the longest one.

The owners manual in the literature section says that the 30 Amp fuse SFE-30 is in the heater cable near the ignition switch.
