It's loco here right now. Despite what many say about vehicles not rusting here; don't believe them! It does happen. Just ask yours truly.

27F at 1AM PST here in the high desert of Pahrump, NV (2700ft elevation) with humidity at 34%. Was 25F last night with an advisory of "Hard Freeze", but I didn't notice any problems with the plumbing given that I have an outdoor well with a storage tank (externally insulated) and a septic tank. The 55 Pat is safe in the garage and still starts and runs noproblemo in the morning when there's daylight.

I've got a little problem with the front suspension on my 55 Pat not related to temp, but I'll post a thread on that in the next few days.

11F..-6 windchill..about 30 degrees below normal..but this is Colorado, we're used to the weather changing every hour, every day. Plumbing is already reasonably weather tolerant and seems to handle temperature extremes OK. Packards safe in the garage, waiting for me to tackle a few issues on each one. I'll wait until tomorrow's 4 seasons

It was 5C (40F) on Thursday and Friday warm enough to change the steering rack on my 83 Volvo but -20 this morning! So much for an early spring. It used to be common to have -40 in January so I am not complaining!

Then we went in the garage and made a table top catapult.

The good news is that it works really well.

The really good news is that everything breakable in the house is intact. As I write this.
