No idea on PI SoCal status but if you are looking for the 5" heater duct, Max also has it. Works out to about the same price Cloth covered duct

I may well end up there. When I am aware that a club offers what I need, I try to encourage that sort of thing by putting my money on it. That noted, I really need clear communication, which is frequently missing in club sales.....
Nobody knows what is happening there?

Have you tried contacting Gary Osko? He is the one that actually sells the items for the club. Contacting the club main number is where the disconnect may happen.
