I saw an advertisement for an " Ultramatic " emblem to go on the body of a post-war Packard. I have a 1952 Packard 300 4-door sedan ( with, of course, Ultramatic ) and would be interested if I knew where to install it. I can't find a picture that shows such an emblem on that model. Can anyone enlighten me?

If the script was used on your car you should have some small holes or push in tubular clips directly above the rear tire and side molding as shown in this 51 300 illustration from parts manual. According to the manual, the Ultramatic script was not used on 52's so I don't think yours will have the holes. Other than louver shape, the side trim is almost the same model to model 51-2 so the location in illustration is applicable and would be the place to look.

The "Ultramatic" script was used on the 1951 models only.
