The car appears to be a LWB model with side mounts. I have not seen many of those but cannot say if only six exist.

I doubt if the sidemounts would make it one of six. It may have other features, i.e. being an unusual body style, like a limo, but the sidemounts are not that usual.

A very nice car, but not unusual to my eyes. I liked the comment about "wood trim on the interior". It looks like wood, but it comes out of a can......

Not a touring sedan, maybe a formal sedan? Nice looking car.

Yes, that is much longer than any normal 4 door. Note the two piece rearmost window on each side, also the folding footrest. I expect to see jump seats in there.

It appears to me to be a 1939 1702 (LWB 120) style 1291 which Packard called a "touring sedan". The companion with divider (style 1290) was called a touring limousine. What we ordinarily think of as the "touring sedan" was on the 1701 chassis; the wheelbase for the 1702 was 148".

Here is a 38 160 with the jump seats. Looks like a good driver car, once you get past the John Deere green paint on the engine and the Chevy floor mats. I suspect one can get it for a much more reasonable price than the former one.
