At the risk of perpetuating a 'fowl' thread, I will bite (peck) on your bait.

My, what an interesting Cormorant! Could be from New Guinea (or even New Jersey, New York or New Mexico). Or just Guinea.

The second photo is priceless. Is she looking for the Packard sliding boy, Goddess of Speed, or just guarding your parts car from web users.

I found a cousin to your Cormorant,
BUT not on a Packard,
stored or restored.
