You might want to contact Mr. Sal Saiya in Franklin Lakes, NJ (his contact info is in the PAC Membership Directory). Sal is in the final throes of a long restoration of a 1936 Twelve convertible Victoria and I know he'd be glad to be helpful with respect to the bumper details.
