It appears nicely done & already has a fairly large bid so will be interesting to see if it actually meets reserve and sells. With the asking price and some of the components they installed, expect the builder has invested a significantly foolish amount --

Yes, foolishly overpriced.
No danger of me picking this one up. And while I am a worshipper of authenticity... ... there are times I would long to have a beautiful Packard with 12V system, A/C, and all the luxuries that are now necessities on our highways that would still cruise the interstates at 70-75 mph all day ... I guess none of you other PI posters have such sacrilegious thoughts,and Pack-religious fantasies as I do.  But I could do MY fantasy for less money than this Matchbox Packard. DanL
