Keith:

Packards are a gluttony of love and affection.

I know of no Packard that has created as much of a storm of controversy as PFH ..............

I have read this thread with some interest but can't figure out who PFH was. On another note I too miss Turbopacman's posts on here. Too bad he seems to have abandoned Packards all together.

I saw him - and his 1938 - at the PI meet last February. Both looked pretty good.

Wasn't PFH's Twelve the one that was used in that TV series with Andy Griffith, "Salvage One" or something like that name?

Glad to hear he's alive and well, also glad to note he's apparently no longer stirring pots and creating turmoil (which he was exceptionally skilled at)!

As long as the talk revolves around 38V12, then please don't forget that he used every chance to upset the applecart. After getting the boot Pete changed his name into PackardV12fan but not his behavior. Therefore he had been kicked out again. Then he came back as Asparagus and again ... And not only here but at every car forum available.
