34PackardRoadsta, who used to post here, did a grille on a '38 Eight Coupe. He remarked that it was an involved and complicated job to reassemble. You might PM him and see if he is still monitoring the site and can help.

Thank you all. I was able to get it back together, took me two nights of tinkering with it. Haha. Just need to adjust it a bit and it's ready to go back in along with the new radiator. I think I found the easiest way to do ithis after trying a few different techniques.
