I certainly don't wish this venture any ill will, but for me doing anything like that in Michigan is out of the question given the corruption and stupidity of Michigan government. I think only the Palin's could be worse.

The roads are falling apart and dangerous yet they are spending tons of money in Flint because of a corrupt plan to rip off General Motors over water that backfired and poisoned the city water system. If the mafia was running this state it would be an improvement.

Without a plan to break up the state and throw out the government I wouldn't spend a plug nickel on a square inch of Michigan real estate.

I know most of the wood of any value was saved by Packard people but am surprised that the framework appears to still be in fairly decent shape. I would have thought that structure would have suffered during the removal and been fair game during the fires.
