have awakened a 1937 Packard 120 after 20 years of storage, experancing excessive valve chatter. does that mean mechanical lifters need adjusting? are lifters worn? does that sound like a valve job is needed. Have used Marvel Mystery oil car runs but doesn't sound like a Packard.
Any suggestions appreciated Byronnsc@aol.com

G'day SCPACKARD,
See you've been a PackardInfo member for some time but first post, so I invite you to include your '37 120 in the Packard Owner's Registry where it will keep your two '40 Packards company!
