I am picking up my trailer next Friday in Elkhart, IN. Rather than just make a quick drive of it, I was planning on looking at some cars along the way. Current plan is to pick up the trailer early Friday morning, then head to the Auburn Cord Duesenburg museum on Friday. I will probably drive part or all of the way to Warren that night, and then check out the National Packard Museum on Saturday before heading back home to Saratoga.

Anyone close by either museum want to meet up and talk about old cars?

I was going to go to the Packard museum in Dayton instead, and hope to catch West Peterson this time (missed him ~5 years ago) but the drive time works out better to stop in Warren on Saturday.

Ken,
I didn't see this post til now. If you ever do pass through Dayton, I'll meet up with you too.

West and I and a couple of kids will be driving our Packards to AUburn, IN on May 6 for the AACA event. Should be fun.

PM

PS: you still owe me 12.7 cents for that freeze plug. A beer will do.

Pat, sorry to have missed you! I did have a ball. The Auburn Cord Duesenburg museum in Auburn was great, and the Packard museum in Warren was also very cool. As far as the refreshing beverage, it's on me next time our paths cross. I will even have a homebrew for you if you're in my neck of the woods!
