Vinnie, there is a registry for the very early Packards but other than that there really isn't one. You can make an estimate of survivors by seeing how many are listed in The Packard Club membership directory and making an estimate of others either not yet rediscovered or not owned by members. The rarer the model the less the likelihood that many remain yet to be found.
As to the number made of any particular model, perhaps you know that the only records we have of that are for later prewar cars. But based in vehicle numbers of survivors, several people have statistically estimated production by body type and chassis for prewar cars and these estimates have generally proven very reliable. Did you want some numbers for your specific car? Charlie Blackman's estimate is that 3219 1940 110 convertible coupes were produced. Packard Club directory lists about 13 in the membership; it wouldn't be unrealistic to guess that perhaps an equal or even slightly greater number might also exist elsewhere.
