Does anyone have or know of someone who does have a listing of cars that were imported into France or Italy in 1954. I have a very interesting 54 Cavalier that was imported and sold to royalty. It's a preservation car and I'm the 3rd owner. I have two stories of it's first sale, but I believe it was sold new in Paris in the spring of 1954 according to the second owner, although her grandson thought it was purchased in Venice. I know the French kept records of the cars that were imported in. The original sale is the only piece missing from it's history.Any help would be appreciated. See the registry for more info.
