If the usual Packard vendors and Fort Wayne can't supply you with a throwout bearing, you might try George at Olcar Bearing. Knowledgeable and pleasant man to deal with, substantial inventory and fair pricing.
I agree with Tom, first place I'd go for clutch work would be Fort Wayne. Attach file:  (82.57 KB)

Contacted Fort Wayne Clutch. They can rebuild clutch and pressure plate. They Cant do throwout bearing. Mine is not making any noise Will worry about that when I get mine apart. Thanks Again.

I just checked Kanter's current catalog for you, it does not list a Twelve throwout bearing.
PS - Hollander's lists the 36-39 Twelve throwout bearing as an A886. 1935 and back as an A477.

I have a 39 12 and got an extra throw out bearing about a year ago. Max Merritt should have them if not I believe I got mine from Motion Industries. They are located through out the country. At that time the bearing was still available.

Called olcar bearing. He has them in stock for $60.00 + $8.00 shipping, which I think is reasonable. I ordered it and can get clutch parts rebuilt from Ft Wayne Clutch.
