That breaker should have the amps listed on it if you look closely. You can always replace it with a simple fuse for now. Might be hard to find a breaker of that capacity--I am thinking 35 amperes. "12v" breaker will be fine.
Your voltage regulator is a separate problem and has sticky contacts if it makes the light come on when the car is off. Clean them with a small file or in a pinch with some very fine sandpaper--600 or more. Don't let the car stand with the light on. The battery will discharge very quickly through the generator and quite possibly damage it. Hit the regulator with your hand and the points will usually open.

Thanks Ross. Is that Ross as in Ross Miller?
I?ll try to get a 12V 35amp fuse for now until I get home. I?ll also clean the contacts on the regulator. Thanks again. Jan
