I wanted to share this very enjoyable video of scenes driving though downtown and adjacent Los Angeles in the 1940s. Count the Packards. Near the beginning is a run of a Packard Clipper Yellow Cab taxi. Interesting to watch. Also not the smoggy haze in the air-and things got worse by the 1950s and 1960s! Enjoy...
