Wire Wheel Cover (Hubcap) Removal

Is there a secret to removing the covers from wire wheels? There appears to be virtually no space to slide in anything to pop it off and I don't want to damage these OEM pieces.

Answering myself, I finally found something I already had that worked well: a Stanley wood chisel. Flat side toward the cover, use the angle on the other side for leverage and gently pry. It's necessary to do it little by little all around.

Dave, thank you but I really needed it removed with common tools before I leave my shop in a couple days. Of course, none of my Packards are Classics so I would have no way to know what CCCA has unless someone tells me and it's never been needed before so never occurred to me to look. I appreciate the input for future use.
