Seasons greetings to all Packard-loving peoples around the globe. Its true, that Soviet Union did not invent the wheel. But "Дед Мороз (father frost)", the Russian counterdraft of Santa arose from way down east. So why not place him into a Zil, the official Kremlin outfitter for decades?
