I can't help identify it, but I have a 1940 Super Eight with vacuum wipers.
If you're doing the swap because your vacuum wipers aren't working, you might want to try cleaning your linkage joints, and mixing a specific cocktail to clean out the motor and lubricate it. I did this with mine, and they work like gang-busters. They do tend to slow down a little bit on hills or when accelerating, but it's not bad at all... really.

Can't help either but it doesn't look anything like the 2 electrics shown in the 35-41 parts book.

I don't believe it's Packard. If you have a maker's name and model or part number I can try to reference it in the AEA manuals.

Hi Guys,
West, my wiper motor (pump) has been recently refurbished and work as well as could be expected. HH56, I appreciate you looking in your books. sounds like I may have something of a mystery motor. O_D, It is an Auto-Lite and marked 6V-EWJ-4001 I really would appreciate any info you could dig up. My curiosity is now running wild! Thanks All, Jim

Thanks very much BDeB! Funny, I had a Chrysler from that era a number of years ago.
