So what is your secret? Whatever it is, I wish I could do that as you’re looking great and probably feel better too! There is far too much of me that when trying to work on something at or near the floor, I fave to climb up whatever is handy to get upright again. Of course, being nearly 70 years old and having arthritis doesn’t help.

I've lost 70lbs since last May. Low carb (not zero carb) and medication on a Dr supervised program. So monthly accountability helps. Covid made it easier, as I'm not eating out anywhere as often as I was pre-Covid. So, not eating hidden calories and carbs in restaurant food. Also, I don't drink my calories. So the beers are fewer and further inbetween.

That's pretty much it. Also my wife is on the same program, so it makes it easier when your not doing it alone.
