In the later cars you push in and turn, not sure if your year is the same.
Best to unhook the battery so you don't wake the neighborhood. :)

It been a lot of years but as I recall, disconnect the headlight switch, packing gland and throttle controls at the base of the steering column and push the brass control tubes upward, exposing the attachment on the underside of the horn and hub assembly.

Yes you are correct, I remember now, several years ago I had a 1103 Sedan and I had to take it apart and that’s the way I did it. What a pain in the butt to do it. Richard
