Just the set screw to add. But fits tight so going to see how it works. If its slips I'll put set screw. In..

Riki, here are the schematics using the Packard switch to work the two wire permanent magnet motor. It uses two relays to reverse the polarity to the motor for the direction change instead of the switch directly energizing the different windings in the stock motor.
While I have this diagram labeled up and down we never got around to experimenting to see if the labeled direction is correct. If it is backwards reverse wires A and B coming from the motor or if it is easier you can reverse the relay coil wires at the old motor connection instead. On your email question, I just threw in a spare wire for the power connection since we were originally going to test it on an old door that was not on a car so had no other power connection. Also, if you no longer have the sockets remember that we found the wire colors are not necessarily the same on all socket assys. If you buy new check the colors to the terminals because the socket on the diagram may be different. Thanks h.
The relays have the sockets. With your tags saying what goes where. Will check color code. Once I figure how to pin the shaft Edit. The red wire on motor I think its up.. I'll. Have to check again.

Malfunction.
Screw holding shaft backed out. So .. Used 8-32× 5/16ths set screw. With a nut. To lock it. That solved it. Window regulator works. DC motor smooth. Real test when it get glass in. Relays. Going to put them on access opening .

It works. Window is tight cause the glass guy is an idiot..
I need to get a new piece. That is shorter. youtu.be/W7fVAxYCsR4 Switches are in. Ground is on bottom relay .. Anyway. This was an hh56 idea. He bought the motor. Made up then relays. This was 5 years ago... At that time. Its was how to make a drive gear. Then.. how things go. I needed a motor. So already had the plate made. So.. Then the idea of an adapter. Made it simple.. .. So this is an option if you don't want to pay the going rate of a motor.. And that is a crap shoot. Cause that worm can break..
