When the parts book shows the same ornament for all models, it simply means that the particular ornament was available on all of them, not that it was the one that was on it when new, There was a base ornament, then the others (three different ones) as options although the Cormorant may have been standard on some of the upper end models.

There also was a "streamlined" goddess of speed ornament PN 394756 that I could never find listed in my parts book but I have two of them in my parts collection. .

The standard ornament on an Eight Deluxe was I believe the streamlined lump. The streamlined donut chaser and the cormorant were options. I'm not sure if the "Egyptian" came out before the 23rd series.

The 'Flying Wing' was standard on the Eight and Deluxe eight so wasn't really an optional accessory. I'm guessing that's why it wasn't listed. The Egyptian was available starting with the 1948 22nd series.
