Gary,
According to the infio in Dave's Registry entry for the car it's - Code B, Packard Blue Metallic. But there's nothing in the Paint Cross-Reference for a modern equivalent.

Unfortunately; I is titled as a 1949. That is all I have to go from. That and somewhere back to previous owners a new plate was made.
Thanks Dave O

Hi Gary. Well sir, It came with a quart of touch up paint. It looks like royal blue in the sun light, and very dark blue in the shade. I can give you the info on the can. This must have been computer matched from some of the old paint from the car.
Brand: PPG Paint: Omni (AE) Acrylic Enamel Brand code; PMXICF641 OEM Code: Custom 190435 Description: Midnight Blue

Hi Gary; I'm still trying to help you out.
I found tonight on page 177 in a Book called 1948 to 1950 Packard's, by Robert J Neal. The "in color" paint schemes. for the 22 and 23rd series in the book is dead on, they are calling French Blue, no metallic in it, and that's what I have. It is a beautiful color. Find out how much the paint person needs for a computer color match size wise. I would consider removing a piece of paint and send it to you. For sure depending on its size! Happy Holidays Dave O

Also, Gary in the book it is listed as paint code K. I'm glad the restorer decided on this color instead of Paint code B. I would not have bought it otherwise. This was always my favorite color for is vintage of Packard's
