They are the braces that come off the frame to the body mount location.

Yes I did, but that was for something else that I misidentified lol . But what I need is a actual outrigger

In that case, then I still don't know what an outrigger is. How about a photo of the other side and better to use terminology from the Packard Parts Book to get the best help. I have a lot of 1951 Packard parts but there is no such part as an outrigger so I don't know whether I have it or not!

There's a reference to outrigger body brackets in this link to Section XI Frame of the 1951-1954 Service Manual from the Literature Archive. Right at the end of the linked document there's a paragaph about replacing the body brackets.

I think he is talking about the triangular pieces that are riveted to the frame that support the floor braces and body mounts.
