Has anyone had recent contact with Hirsch? I ordered quite a few things many months ago and have not heard a peep from them and no response to emails. I realize that everything is a little slower now for some reason but I can't imagine it would take this long to throw items into a box and post it or at least to drop me a note!

I just called the number and got a voice message (probably Eric).
They said they will be in the office 8:30 am EST, January 3, and have been reviewing emails since December 24. The operation doesn't use a ton of floor space, and they drop ship via UPS. As well, if nothing was charged to a credit card then nothing happened. And they should have issued a tracking number.
