Maybe someone can answer my question: Did Packard sponsor any network television programs? If so,What were they , What tv networks were the on , and what years?

Studebaker-Packard (S-P) sponsored "Mr.Ed". This was 1961, after the demise of the Packard Nameplate. However the Packard name still used in the corporate title sponsorship.

Packard Studebaker also sponsored a tv program in the 50's that was done by Readers Digest.

Wasn't there also a sponsored show with a woman singer --short, maybe 15 minutes every other day or maybe week in early 50's?

Packard sponsored "the Martha Scott show" in '54-55.

Didn't Packard also sponsor the readers Digest in 1956.

Noy exactly spot on thread content but it does fit the topic heading, I just clicked on Georgia Public Televison and they were doing a piece on unusual buildings across the USA over the years and they were doing a piece on a restaurant in Calif. and smack dab in the middle of the screen was a 55 Clipper Panama, black and white. It got my attention so I watched the rest of it but no more Packards.
