Assuming they are just weak, why not just have them re-arced? Routine work for a truck shop.

Another option might be to get some helper springs to tide you over until you can get new ones:

Another option to consider is air shocks. I bought a set from Kanter and I really like that I can adjust the ride height based on the number of occupants in the back seat.

i agree with Owen ,re arch them, maybe add a ply or replace a few , if the spring shop thinks its needed
