280 bucks.

And i need to redo these.

The lining was to thick.

They arced them . and left less than a 1/16th before rivets hit.

I countersunk them. Know i have wear.

Front ate done.

Rear are ready to be countersunk.

How I spent 67.

Finally stopped the nagging squeak.

The driver side stabilizer up top was stuck. (Rubber).

All now have polyurethane.

And had to use jacks to get it all lined up

And new shocks . Gabrielle. .

Alright

So changed set up.

Put spacer on. No squeak . drove it.

Got home squeak.

So my take is. Bushings are to tight.

One picture is my dads.

Other is mine. So that bolt. The non threaded part is 1-3/4.

So I was going to leave it. Out I threaded it down to 1-1/2.

Which I think is too tight. Well its has to be. They are squeaking.

Also my dads does not have these large washers.

At first. It was real free. Its would go up and down. Spring back.

But a washer between plates. And that gave me a gap. Both sides.

But. It needs more..

So got to pull it and modify it.

But going to use a Vernier and measure my dads .

Now its tight again.

So I have bushings to tight.

They rotate around pin.

So will need maybe 1/4 inch spacers.

Getting to understand this.

The grommets must of been around 1/2 wide.

I ground these down and can go a little more .

1 is about 1/2.

This will allow arm/bushings move freely.

Looks like I might have to make a mold and make the bushings

Bracket I got from gerry.

And going to pull stabilizer off parts car. And rebuild it.

Maybe ask Dwight about the ones he has?

packardparts.org/products/parts/torsion-level-suspension/

I think he sells them separately, not sure.
