John, I just bought a complete spotlight with mirror for my 1951 but will need to make a new seal for it. Can you show some better photos of the seal and tell me its approximate thickness? It is solid rubber or a softer foam rubber? Thank you!

The seal is a 1/16" thick piece of hard rubber. It is flat with no rib around the edge. Picture shows dimensions

John if I could ask another favor, could you take some decent pictures of the front+back of the instruction sheet? To add to the literature archive here. I'm sure many would be interested in reading it.

Good idea! My car is already drilled for it but others may want to add one so a full size scan would be ideal.
John, on this piece, is it for the spotlights both with and without the mirror or without only?
