I may have one in so-so, but usable shape. It was on the 37 when I got it and way too large. So I replaced with the correct smaller one. I just need to figure out where I put it as I just went to look for it and could locate it. Bit it has to be here somewhere.
But here is a picture I took a few weeks ago. The smaller one is correct for my car, but that larger one is what eas on the car. If I can find it, you are welcome to it.

Bill Hirsch has been advertising and selling a 4-inch senior prewar Packard gas cap for decades, a very exact match of the original. I don't know if he still has inventory but the answer is just a phone call away.

I think this cap is 3-1/2". I belive it's actually for a 1940.
