Has anyone had a problem with Mike at Tucson Packard? I sent payment for an item a month ago. For the last 3 weeks I’ve been asking for the status (tracking number) and get answers such as I’ll look it up tomorrow - or I’ll send it to you soon. As of now I’m still waiting for any info from him. Last resort is trying to get my money back, which I never had to do before, but I really prefer the item. Never thought it would take so long.

I’ve bought many parts from Mike and he sometimes is a bit slow due in part to a new building they are moving into and part due to his father’s health. We do have frequent texts back and forth, though, and he is more responsive that way.
