Send one (or an accurate scan) to Olson's Gaskets and have them make some to your specifications. They can make them in any material and thickness you want with an extremely fast turnaround and great customer support. They may even already have a pattern so ask first.

Riki,
I have at least one set of NOS gaskets (I think for thru 54 Ultramatic only, though). Any info you need, just let me know.

Not sure if still available, but the gaskets that used to be sold by Ultramatic Dynamics were cork and fantastic. They also sold a one piece straight eight engjne pan gasket.

I bought Ultramatic Dynamics. I'll see if I can get some more made up. I have a couple but they don't look very new.
For the time being, if you have a paper gasket, as long as your holes are flat (not "volcanoed" from excessive torque in the past), use some shellac (Indian Head) Permatex on both sides and it should hold. Be sure to use a torque wrench also, 11 ft lbs.

Here's a thoroughly "painted" pan about 2 seconds away from install. Actually, you can leave it dry between the paper gasket and transmission body as that is perfectly flat and the gasket should distribute well enough. But the pan will never be perfect. Having one side dry makes it easier to take off later.
The most important thing is not having the warped bolt holes. They can easily be hammered back flat by clamping a piece of bar stock in a vise that is the width of the inside of the flange, and hammering against that. Thanks. Spud.
Here's my gasket. I like this punch. I'm using 1/4" punch. Fits snug around 5/16ths Bolt. I might make a die. To cut out the gasket. The cut out. Goes next to bell housing 3/32" to thick to bend
