Good Morning...I would also love to have that 526. However I would need to sell our 1949 23rd Series...288 which has been in pretty much weekly use for the last 12 years. No room for another machine! Ernie in Arizona

The 1952 isn't a Patrician. Note the toothless grille and style feature on the rear fenders which only junior models had.

Right, thought I saw 4 leaves on there, not 3. I believe the 300 models had 3.

Leaves? The scoops? The 1952 Patrician did indeed have four in order to keep up with Buick Roadmaster's four portholes but some other models had three. That's why many 1951 Patricians got a fourth added by the dealer.

It also has some odd scripts on the front fenders.

Yes, I don't recall the official name.

Compare the "rooster combs" of the V8 cars 😂

If anyone is looking for a 1952 Patrician, here is one I spotted this morning on FB. It is listed as a '51, but it is a '52. A little deteriorated, but not too bad overall and definitely could be turned around without too much effort. Has four of the rear trim darts or whatever they are called. I have heard some people refer to them as "bottle openers" because they certainly do look like that:

1954 Clipper Sedan. Needs work, but looks relatively solid. Wisconsin:

Very nice 1954 Cavalier in an attractive two-tone blue paint scheme. Asking $16K. Ohio:

1952 200 Sedan. Nice, clean car that looks sharp in its Turquoise Blue Light paint scheme (Scheme S) which was its original color according to the data plate. Asking $12K. Missouri

The 1954 Cavalier is beautiful and appears to be the same color combination as my 1954 Patrician parts car. Oddly, the generator is on the right side of the engine and there is some strange canister below where the generator would normally be. Otherwise it looks impeccable.

The 1952 Patrician is already Pending.

Good eye on the '54 Cavalier. I didn't see the odd placement of the generator at first. Now that I'm looking closer they have the horns mounted on the hood at the rear for some odd reason. Also a modern washer reservoir, and the wiper motor is missing. Interesting.

I noticed the reservoir but not the horns or missing wiper motor. The generator was too distracting! I have a reservoir for my 1954 which I took out a couple years and will leave out. It was installed farther forward using existing holes and connects to the overflow at the bottom so no modifications needed. If you want it, you can have it if I can find it!

The coil is also oddly mounted and appears to have a group 24 battery rather the proper group 2.

A few new FB Marketplace postings:

1953 Convertible. Rusty parts car, but many useable components including the top assembly. Good parts car if you are restoring one of these. Asking $3,500. Alabama:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1242837900069634/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A4b8c3ba1-f6f9-4ec1-bade-1263430600af

1955 400. Rough project car. Incorrect velour replacement interior probably done in the 1980's. Body looks pretty decent. Kentucky:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/511613517939436/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A4b8c3ba1-f6f9-4ec1-bade-1263430600af

1953 Henney Junior. Abandoned street rod project. Body is straight and in primer. No engine, trans or interior. Has been fitted with a Camaro subframe. Interesting if you are looking to build a modified Packard. Asking only $1,600. Nashville, TN

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/994912102100604/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A4b8c3ba1-f6f9-4ec1-bade-1263430600af

1950 Standard Eight sedan. Older resto, looks good, but two tone red and grey paint scheme is not authentic for the year. But probably a nice enough car for only $8K. Georgia:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1180120329952107/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A4b8c3ba1-f6f9-4ec1-bade-1263430600af

1950 Super Eight Sedan, Model No. 2382. Very nasty looking inside and out with more surface rust than paint and a completely trashed and ragged interior. But does look complete so it is probably at least a good parts car. Seller has other old cars on his lot including what looks like a 1952 Packard 200 (center of grille is missing) and a really nice 1949 or 1950 Frazer. Asking $1,200. Oklahoma. Just posted today:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1890826911381674/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ac4cb1515-dcbb-42bc-80b3-a44415b44f03

Here is the later Packard from the above ad. New posting. It is a 1952 200 Standard. Straight relatively rust-free body, but no engine or trans. Driver's side rear door has '53 Clipper Deluxe trim for some reason, was probably replaced with a junkyard door after an accident. Asking $1K:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/751876417020015/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ac4cb1515-dcbb-42bc-80b3-a44415b44f03

1955 400. Unrestored project car. Interior pretty trashed but body does not look too bad. Most chrome looks fairly presentable. Asking $3K. Utah:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/549249697624037/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ac4cb1515-dcbb-42bc-80b3-a44415b44f03

Another 1955 400. This one looks like a pretty nice driver in White Jade over Zircon (pale blue). May be original paint. Not perfect but has a lot going for it. Interior look really good. Like this one. Madera, CA:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1651531939029932/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ab4ee1e0b-14ee-4f61-854a-83117b63fe06
