Looks great to me. If it already runs and drives it will just be a series of relatively little things. No reason why you couldn't get it going with some decent time, effort, and cash. (As with any project... )
Let us know specifically what further issues you have with it.

It runs, but doesn’t drive. From what my Grandpa said, is back in 92 it leaked all the transmission fluid and instead of putting 12qt of fluid in, he only put 4. Hes not happy that we’re doing the work whenever we can pay someone to do it more professionally. I say its a bonding experience! Besides that, we just opened up the tank today and unfortunately its beyond saving, so we’ll have to get a new one. The wirings pretty bad on it too. Poor things been neglected for 30 years, it needs some hard love

Maybe he thinks that mechanics charge $30 an hour or something. 😅 Try 125/hr for many shops. It pays to do work yourself when you can.

That was quick in adding the '51 200 Deluxe Touring Sedan to the Registry.
Couple of other things: 1) See by your comments you're going through the fuel system, but it's probably more important that the car stops, as well as goes. Don't forget the brake system needs attention too after sitting for many years. 2) I like your sign-off line of "Lil dude just trying to wing a 72 year old car with my Grandpa (I’m not a certified mechanic.)" I doubt many of us are "certified mechanics", but we're all probably certifiable. 3) Lastly, what is the car behind the shed? Appears to be a Tourer. And, is there another car in the shed behind the Packard?

I agree to make sure you go through the brakes. That’s where I started with my car. My philosophy was that a car that won’t go won’t kill you. A car that won’t stop, might.

Lil Dude, good for you for taking on this project! Even if the old fart is grumbling about working on the car, I'll bet he's secretly liking it at the same time!
The great thing about these cars is they were well made and even though the old tech is very different, it is also very simple and with a bit of research and learning you can do much of the work yourself if you're a bit mechanically inclined. Even if your not, you will be! You can get a rebuild kit for your fuel pump and get it fixed up. There are videos on YouTube of a guy rebuilding a Packard fuel pump so you can follow along. Just did mine a couple of months ago. A clean, well functioning fuel system will save you lots of grief. Just keep knocking off projects and before you know it you'll be going out for drives in your Packard. Some things are annoyances, such as oil leaks, but not necessarily priorities. Go through systems like, fuel, brakes, charging, starting and cooling first and then you'll be on your way! Ultramatic transmissions are notorious for leaking! I would just top it up for now and worry about leaks later. Max Merritt is a pretty good supplier of parts for Packards. This forum is a great place to ask questions. You can bet that whatever you're working on someone here has done the same. And were crazy for talking about Packards!

We do plan on bleeding and replacing the break lines at some point, my Grandpa (lets call him Jim to make things easy) wants to make sure the fuel pump works first tho (idk why, I can ask whenever I get home)
My number one joke to make is “i’m MODot certified” whenever i’m too young to get certification lol Lastly, the car behind the shed is my beloved 2013 Volkswagen Beetle dubbed Adelina. The thing behind the Packard is Jims 1939 Ford Tractor
