I have lately Try to fix my wipers and I Redo almost all vacuum hoses but is it normal when you turn vipers on inside the car The Button Sizzles under the dash and its not vacuum leak on the hoses and when I turn Viper Speed knob it tries to move just a little bit but not move at all

Other things

-What hose comes from under the wiper motor and where is it goes because it sucks air from outside, my book does have anything about it but its 55 service manual

-Is viper washer motor electric or work with vacuum when wipers go because when I press the washer button it just Clicks

There's 2 lines going to that switch. One is missing on yours. Also they have to go a certain way where if you look at the switch, the barb that is exposed to air goes to the barb on the front of the motor. The barb that is always under the sliding switch goes to the barb on the top of the motor.

I think you need to switch where that line is connected then add the other.

It's shown in the service manuals. I screenshotted and put them in this post along with tubing sizes etc.

For the washer, make sure it's tubed up correctly as shown. But the unit itself probably needs to be rebuilt too.

That port pointing straight down is not used. It is a vent and may be connected on another brand car where the same motor is used but is not connected to anything on a Packard.

Those clear tubes do not look like vacuum line material and if not can possibly collapse when vacuum is applied. Actual vacuum lines are designed to be able to handle vacuum.

okay today I took the Wiper Motor a part and Cleaned it Relubed it and Rebuild it I didn´t had New Gasket kit but I got gaskets out unharmed. It worked when I tested it but when I bolted it back to car it doesn´t get enough suction and I checked everything these clear hoses What I had replace don´t collapse on anywhere its just not have enough torque to turn wipers How about the Linkage under the does how smooths it needs to go Like I can Turn wipers by hand from that knob where to wiper motor attaches

You should lube the linkage. Also it may still be leaking vacuum inside the motor due to dried out seals. Send to wiperman.com for a rebuild. They are the only source.

Agree. There is every chance the paddle felts or leathers around the paddle sides that make the seal between the case and paddle are worn excessively. There could also be some leakage around the slide valve. Sometimes even a cleaning and fresh lube cannot make up for the wear and enough vacuum still leaks past the paddle or valve that there is not enough force generated to move the wiper blades.

No idea how much overseas freight would cost but usually the actual rebuild fee and turnaround time is not too bad.rebuildingtricowipers.com

Before you send it off you need to lube your wipers. I found the instructions in the service manual to be a satisfactory explanation of that process. It’s in the instruments section.

You especially need to remove both wiper mounts from the body so you can get 3 in 1 oil in there at the right angle. But also do the main shaft.

You should be able to turn the wiper motor attachment point to wipe a dry windshield by hand. It’s not super easy, but it’s doable.
