I have a question about this sales ad where the Weybridge company in England is offering the 1937 Packard Six. When we look at Leonard Williams advertisements we often read "Sole Concessionaires of Packard Cars" - see below for examples. Was it possible for companies like Weybridge to sell Packards without a concession, was Weybridge as a distributor part of the Williams group or could Leonard Williams grant sub-concessions? Maybe I'm not interpreting the term "concessionaire" correctly.

The Leonard Williams company was apparently doing well, as one of the following reports suggests. US vehicles were also successfully sold in Europe - a remarkable difference from today.
Of course, the business was not without setbacks.
