You've apparently watched the same videos on YouTube as I have. I remember watching that exact process to make channels within panels. I was impressed with how well the panels turned out that the guy made. Yours looks awesome.

Thank you, I'm pleased with the results. Karl from Make it Kustom is my inspiration for trying flow forming. He has a great channel!

Just about done my wheelhouse patches!

It took a lot of time to trim and fit so I could butt weld them. Reaching around springs and trying to see what I was doing made this an awkward project. Next weekend I'll grind down my fugly welds and fix any bad spots.

Good on you for persisting.
I got so frustrated working around the rear axle & suspension I just finally dropped the whole thing out of the car. Way easier after that.

That would certainly make it easier! My buddy lets me use his shop/hoist, but he's a mechanic so I can only work on these projects on the weekend, then I've got to pack up and get out. My rear wheels have been on and off a lot of times!

Making more progress on my '53 Cavalier. 👏 Fender skirts, supports, and guards.

It has probably been 4 decades, or more, since the fender skirts could be put on, but they're on now! A good day!

Congratulations! Great wire that I’ve been enjoying watching. I wish I had those skills as my 1951 really needs it and to a lesser degree so does my 1956 Clipper.

Nice thought but unfortunately not possible. I don't have the dexterity at my age for one thing but also, being there at my shop only a few times each year, I would never get anything done! There is a local fellow, though, who might be able to help with welding if it comes to that and he has his own generator that's needed as my shop has limited power.
