My next hair-greying installment!
The attached procedure provides specific exposed-bellows Sylphon specs and procedural steps. Much of the technique is applicable to the other "closed bellows" styles but the measurements and amounts will have to be tuned by the user. My usual quick value math: after you puzzle over it and determine the materials/math, a "production" bench tech/mechanic would spend about 6-10 hours (if things go nominally) x the lowest hourly ($60-90/hr), you easily get $360-900 labor, plus matls/parts/shipping, etc. Enjoy the challenge!
