Mike, don’t know where you live but call Mark at ABC Radiator in Baltimore, contact info on website. Well established shop that recored my radiator although I have a 52. Price was reasonable and below some of the competition. When I first visited his shop he had a bobtail Kenworth in the shop just to give you the range of work done. As far as your own special requirements I can’t answer but you have nothing to lose with a phone call.

Maine radiator mfg in Lewiston ME makes the honeycomb cores. They are expensive, like three grand. They have other styles that are cheaper that could work. A good radiator shop will get what you want from them, remove the top and bottom tank from yours and mount it on the new core.
